Virgin Active membership terminated (2)

This is a continuation from my "community stalked at the gym" posting.

I attended the hearing on the 29 June 2009. Both testifying Virgin Active employees lied. A second woman testifying to how I’d mistreated her (yes, I‘d made a rude comment) wasn’t at the hearing and she didn’t want me to know her surname.

After the hearing, I asked the chairperson for a copy of what she’d written down. She said no, I couldn’t have her copy, I could however have a copy of the other employee’s notes, but not in it’s current form, only once it had been typed out. I was told it was written in short hand, when she lay her book on the table, to fetch something, I briefly had a look and it wasn’t.

When I got home , I phoned one of the employees at the hearing and asked her to give me the names (including surnames) of everybody involved. She said I’d need to fill out a request form asking for the names. She then said that she’d need to clarify with her legal staff whether in fact she can issue the names. She phoned me back a few minutes later, saying that no, I’d had the opportunity during the hearing. She can’t give me their names because there’s a confidentiality clause in a members contract. She did give me the names of the employees who were at the hearing although these may be fictional as when I did receive the minutes, their first names and only the first letter of their surnames were shown.

The typed minutes were “tweaked”.

They conveniently left out comments I’d made in response to some of their questions and in some cases changed my actual response completely.

They’d left out sections which damaged their credibility.

Both employees testifying lied.

They exaggerated, saying that the women were “traumatised, and scared to come back to the gym, stressed, terrified, safety has been jeopardized and wants a membership transfer.”

The question “Is my behaviour normal?” was put to me to which I replied, no it was not normal. But neither were the circumstances. (They’re playing the crazy card).

How ironic, I’m dismissed from the gym due to my “harassing “when in fact I’m the one who is being harassed constantly on a daily basis. I was honest about my rudeness, admitting to what I had said and done. This whole hearing farce was saturated with mobster lies.
